Are you considering becoming a housing tutor?
At Newhouse Training Academy we also have a passion for developing housing professionals who would like to become part of the next generation of housing tutors and assessors.
We offer a 12 week 'Aspiring Housing Tutor' programme for those new to the training sector which includes the following:
- Achieve an accredited Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement which qualifies you to assess qualifications across the further education sector, including apprenticeships
- Access to a dedicated mentor who is experienced in both the training and housing sector
- 6 X 1.5 hour masterclasses which will develop your understanding of:
- The housing and property management qualifications available and how these are assessed
- Understanding the principles and practices of assessment (CAVA)
- Assess occupational competence in the work environment (CAVA)
- Assess vocational skills, knowledge and understanding (CAVA)
- Understanding AI in education
- Creating an inclusive learning environment
The live webinars are also recorded which gives you the freedom to view any time and download for future reference.
